The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that seventeen other co-accused have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34179 of 2018 and the case of the petitioners stands on more or less identical footing, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55685 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
