JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard Mr. Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Akhileshwar Dayal, learned APP for the State.

This modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23601 of 2020.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated in the application, this Court thinks it just and proper to extend the period indicated in the operative part of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46285 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 27.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23601 of 2020 by another two weeks from today. As a result of this order in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from today the above named petitioners shall be given the benefit of the order dated 27.01.2021. Mr. Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioners has in course of his submissions, having sensed that there is inordinate delay in moving this Court for extension of time offers to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only/-) in the Patna High Court, Legal Aid Committee.

Let such deposit be made within one week from today and the receipt showing deposit of the amount shall be placed before the learned court below with the bail bonds in order to satisfy that the order of this Court has been fully complied with.
