The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No.111 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is assault. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are Gotias and allegation in the instant case is assault. The injury as per the injury report is simple.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four

No.55057 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P. S. Case No. 111 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
