JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 380 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the allegation specifically against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. The application is dismissed.
