The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.05.2011 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharshariff, in Complaint Case No. 531C/2010, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against 17 accused persons including the petitioner for the offences under Sections 366, 366-A and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The girl was found to be a minor and her statement in the complaint is that she was forcibly taken by the petitioner and other accused persons.
