The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1437 of 2017 for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, anticipatory bail prayer of petitioner is hereby dismissed.
