1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. A prayer for bail has been made on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case no.07 of 2025 registered under sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 126(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 01.01.2025 at about 07:30 p.m. all six named accused persons including the petitioner herein came to the house of the informant variously armed and started abusing the informant's cousin. On protest, accused Arbind and the petitioner assaulted the informant with dabia due to which he sustained injuries on his right side of forehead and also cut injury on his upper part of left hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The informant was not present at the place of occurrence and he reached there later on receiving information. There is a dispute between both the parties and free fight took place causing injury on both sides. The injury report of the injured has been annexed as AnnexureP/2 to the application which would show that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State on the ground that petitioner has three criminal antecedents. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is on bail in the said cases.
6. Taking into consideration the above mentioned facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case no.07 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chhapar.
