05.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Barh P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna.
Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
