JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be entitled to benefits as per the direction issued in CWJC No. 15487 of 2011. He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of in the light of order passed in the light of order dated 01.07.2015 passed in LPA No. 16 of 2015, copy of same is being placed on record.

On going through the same, this Court would observe that the Division Bench had not interfered with the order passed in the writ proceedings and was of the opinion that there was no

Patna High Court CWJC No.3495 of 2015(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 serious defect in the direction, issued by Single Judge in CWJC No. 15487 of 2011.

In CWJC No. 15487 of 2011 cognate Bench of this Court has referred the matter to the Director General of Police to re-work out the entire exercise on basis of final result of the written examination. No order till date has been brought to the noticeof this Court having any adverse consequence to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed in CWJC No. 15487 of 2011, or that petitioner's case has been rejected pursuant to the exercise undertaken by the Director General.

There is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction for appointment of the petitioner.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
