Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a connection with Gogri (Poura) PS Case No. 343 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the forth attempt of the petitioner to seek bail.

The Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the trial has commenced and out of 15 prosecution witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined, including the father of the deceased, who has supported the case of the prosecution.

The said submission of the learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36057 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 appearing on behalf of the informant is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, but then submits that most of the witnesses have not supported the case of the prosecution.

Be that as it may, since the trial has commenced and out of 15 witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 7.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded within a period of seven months from today without giving unnecessary adjournment to any sides.
