ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2014 in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 13 of 2001 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and accept the allegation that four persons of the Hazra community had been involved in the occurrence resulting in the death of the driver of the Maruti vehicle, there is no other cogent material in the case diary so as to connect the petitioner with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated person has been granted bail by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31814 of 2008 dated 02.03.2009.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20708 of 2014 (5) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and that the similarly situated person has been granted bail by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court, let the petitioner, Uma Hazra @ Ghethiya @ Uma Hajra @ Gethiya be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge IV, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 13 of 2001.
