2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Trial No. 136 of 2023 (C.No. 915 of 2022) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 452, 379, 354, 384, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant and her mother by abusing and ousting while she was at home with her mother. They also took

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the family members of the complainant. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is father of the complainant who is maintaining the complainant by paying Rs. 6,000/- per month through bank account and due to dispute of family property the instant case has falsely been filed. He also submits that Section 354 of the IPC is not made out against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Trial No. 136 of 2023 (C. Case No. 915 of 2022), subject to the conditions as laid
