2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is inaction on the part of the Circle Officer, Modanganj, Jehanabad in the matter of removal of encroachment.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has approached the Circle Officer, Modanganj and the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, but unfortunately the Circle Officer and the District Magistrate have failed to remove the

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Modanganj along with a copy of this order, who shall be under obligation to register a regular case for removal of encroachment and after hearing the encroachers the Circle Officer Modanganj, Jehanabad shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law for removal of encroachment.
