JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 20-01-2022 The dispute between the parties has been pending for several years. Number of disputed question of facts are involved in the present case. Both the parties are bent upon putting their respective pleas before the Court. However, the same cannot be gone into in the writ jurisdiction.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
