2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pachmahla P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 109(i) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 23 and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. From the prosecution case it appears that a dreaded criminal Anant Singh had attacked along with his men at the house of the petitioner and his brother and they defended themselves.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2025. There is no specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30858 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 allegation against the petitioner and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Barh/concerned Court below in connection with Pachmahla P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.
