2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s) :- "1. (i) for issuance of an appropriate direction to grant second time bound promotion in favour of the petitioner as he had completed 25 years of service;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate direction to make payment of T.A. bills of Rs.8403.70 alongwith penal interest for delayed payment of his legitimate claims;

(iii) for other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled under the law in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per oral instructions received from the family members of the sole petitioner, the sole petitioner died during pendency of this application, however inspite of all efforts the learned counsel has not been able to take any steps for substitution. It is further submitted that no instructions are being received by him.

4. In view of the above, the writ application stands disposed of as not pressed, however reserving liberty to the petitioner/heirs of the petitioner to pursue their remaining grievances before the authorities of the respondent Corporation.

5. The petitioner/heirs of the petitioner will be at liberty to move this Court in case the reliefs prayed for in the instant application still remain.
