JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.A)(i) The result/ merit list published in daily newspapers 17.06.2021 and addition with respect to the requirement of police S.I. Sergent, ASJ (Direct &Ex-service man) combined Examination related to Advertisement No. 1/ 2019.

B) (i) To treat the result/ merit list contained in Annexure....to the petitioner nonest in the eye of law.

(ii) To publish a fresh merit list with respect to Advertisement No. 1/2019 with showing the marks of the candidate whose name figure in merit list.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12948 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 iii) To declare successful candidate to the petitioner of the said examination &issue joining letter to (iv) To send the marks sheet of main final written test & Physical test to the candidate.

(v) To restrain the respondent from taking further steps on the merit list /result annexure....To the petitioner including that to send joining letter & accepting the joining of the candidate named and in figured in said merit list."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
