The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 384, 504, 506of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioner assaulted the nephew of the informant. It is also alleged that petitioner along with other coaccused persons, variously armed came to the house of the informant and started assaulting the informant's nephew and when other family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that co-accused persons demanded an extortion and

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Munger in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
