2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 19.03.2024, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023, FIR dated 30.08.2023 registered for the offence under Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2024 in Cr.Misc.No. 60039 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offences as alleged in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31887 of 2025(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 F.I.R. It appears from the FIR itself that the marriage of the daughter of the informant (now, deceased) was performed with the petitioner long back and from bare perusal of FIR it appears that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against him is general and omnibus. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 19.03.2024..

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and he along with other accused person have disposed of the dead body of the deceased without informing the family members of the deceased or police.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023 pending in the Court of District and Additional Session Judge-II, Begusarai.

7. Prayer is refused.
