2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no instruction to them from their client, and as such appropriate order may be passed.

In the light of order no.29 dated 05.10.2023, specific direction was given to counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the respondent that if no intimation shall be provided to this Court by counsel for the petitioner, then this Court shall assume that the grievances of the petitioner has already been settled and final order shall be passed in this matter. But, even after specific direction, counsel for the
