JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to immediately cancel the present user I.D. and password which was provided to earlier Incharge Principal of India Gandhi Ramji Roy Higher Secondary College (in short College), since he has been removed by the Managing Committee of the college and further for a direction to the concerned respondents to issue a fresh user I.D. and password to the petitioner i.e. the newly appointed Incharge Principal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10305 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 College and be further pleased to issue a direction to the respondents- Bihar School Examination Board as well as District Education Officer, Samastipur not to provide any question paper, answer sheets and admit card etc. in connection with any examination to the removed Incharge Principal of the College, and for any other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 6.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
