Mr. Murlidhar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard Mr. Ajay Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Murlidhar, learned counsel appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 120 (B) / 302 / 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story as per the First Information Report is that the husband of the informant was a barber and was called by three persons namely Vipin Das, Kalu Das and Sujesh Kumar for hair cut but the husband of the informant did

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been dragged in this case along with 09 accused persons on suspicion and from perusal of the First Information Report it would be evident that three named persons had called the deceased for hair cut. Learned counsel further submits that except suspicion there is no material to connect the petitioners with the present offence and the petitioners are in custody since 04.05.2020.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the materials available on record and the fact that petitioners are in custody 04.05.2020 having no criminal antecedent , I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020. It is made clear that at the time of furnishing bail bond
