Considering the specific averments made in para 12 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent/State, which is quoted below, this Court does not find any merit in this writ application.

"That it is stated that from perusal of the records, it is evident that the petitioner passed the written examination and the physical evaluation test. Thereafter, he was called for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9594 of 2019(2) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 Driving Efficiency Test on 08.01.2019. He appeared in the Driving Efficiency Test on 08.01.2019. The petitioner could not be selected for the said post as he has secured lesser marks than the cut off marks in his category, i.e., GEN-M. He has secured 56 marks and the cut off marks in his category, i.e. GEN-M is 74.

However, if the petitioner wants to know the separate marks awarded in different tests conducted, he may approach the respondent/authority by filing a representation along with a copy of this order within a period of three months from today. The respondent/authority shall provide details of marks obtained by the petitioner in each test in terms of the advertisement within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
