This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9770 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9770 of 2020 but, due to pandemic he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period. In such view of the matter, four weeks' further time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27188 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below. Accordingly, the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9770 of 2020 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this Modification Application is disposed of.
