2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 328 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is a woman. She is alleged to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that only one injury has been found upon the deceased and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class of Court No. 07 (East), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023.
