The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that that there is inordinate delay of more than one month in institution of the first information report and the allegation of abducting the daughter of the informant is against the son of the informant, namely, Sonu Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be
