This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order and judgment dated 24.05.2021 passed in CWJC No. 5402 of 2021 as in the aforesaid writ petition in prayer portion, Chassis No.MA1ZN2TBKJ1H6598 has been wrongly typed in place of Chassis No.MA1ZN2TBKJ1H65981 and the same mistake also crept in the judgment dated 24.05.2021.

As such, let "Chassis No. MA1ZN2TBKJ1H65981" be read in place of "Chassis No.MA1ZN2TBKJ1H6598".

Patna High Court MJC No.1451 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that petitioner may be granted further time to appear before the concerned appropriate authority, as the earlier date fixed by this Hon'ble court has already elapsed.

As such, petitioner is directed to make herself available on 09.09.2021 at 10.30 A.M. before the concerned appropriate authority.

The order and judgment dated 24.05.2021 passed in CWJC No.5402 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

The modification petition is allowed.
