(ii) To direct the Respondents to remove the encroachment made by them during course of construction of the road/ drain."

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah as also the Executive Officer, Nagar
