2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to take action against respondent Nos. 7 and 8.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Patna.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7885 of 2023(3) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in the event such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same after hearing the parties in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
