The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No.363C of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 354(B), 354D, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has tried to outrage the modesty of a woman. The petitioner has criminal antecedent.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58226 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2 /2 prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
