Case No.

2. This Court recorded the P.S. Case No. as Bheldi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023 in the order dated 25th of March, 2025.

3. However, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that in place of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023, it would be Bheldi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023.

4. It appears that the No. of Bheldi P. S. Case was

Patna High Court MJC No.1620 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 wrongly typed as 08 of 2023 in place of 03 of 2023 in the petition also.

5. Let Bheldi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 be read in place of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023, wherever it is incorrectly typed, in the order dated 25th of March, 2025.

6. This order be made part of the order, dated 25th of March, 2025.

7. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
