The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.09.2016, passed in Ara Nawada PS case no. 219 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. no. 1107 if 2019, whereby and whereunder the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara has taken cognizance against the petitioner and other co-accused persons for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate discharge petition and/ or raise all the issues, raised in the present petition, before the learned Trial Court, at an appropriate stage. Liberty so sought, is granted.
