Ms. Pronati Singh, APP Mr. Ratan Prasad Sinha, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2020 Heard.

This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Siwan Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 dated 25.02.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Since it is a case of the year 2016, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now. Even otherwise, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, Mr. Ratan Prasad Sinha has informed this Court that way back in the year 2016, a counter affidavit was filed in which it was stated that the petitioner has not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19268 of 2016(4) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 disclosed correct facts in the petition; rather all wrong facts have been stated in the petition seeking quashing of the subject FIR.

In any view of the matter, considering the fact that it is a case of the year 2016 and the investigation must have been completed, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The petition is dismissed.

If the investigation has still remained pending, it must be concluded within a period of three months from today.
