2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 64, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that in the midnight of 13.03.2025, when the informant came out of her house to attend call of nature, the petitioner caught her and took her in a room and thereafter the petitioner raped her. It is further alleged that when the husband of the informant came there, the petitioner and other two accused persons assaulted him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this

It is submitted that the husband of the informant had taken Rs. 50,000/- from the petitioner and when the petitioner started demanding the money back then the petitioner was abused and beaten by her husband and also a false case has been lodged by the informant implicating the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from bare perusal of the fard beyan, it is apparent that after lodging the F.I.R., a word 'Blatkar' has been inserted in different handwriting to make out the instant case serious. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the doctor examined the informant but doctor did not find any external injury on the body of the informant. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
