2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That this is an application for quashing of order dated 25.11.2014 passed by Sri A. K. Manjhi, Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Arrah in Tr. No. 1192/2013 arising out of Arrah Nawada P.S. Case No. 61/2007 dated 28.3.2007 for the offence under Section 420,467,468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, in which learned Court below has pleased to reject the discharge application filed by the petitioners."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3062 of 2015(5) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
