The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.69 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354B and 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that there is case and counter case and the injuries caused are simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.69 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down
