The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1905 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the cause title of the bail application it was typed as - Asha Devi, Wife of Late Ram Prakash Chaudhary, Resident of Village-Panapur Dharampur, P.S.- Bidupur, DistrictVaishali when the same ought to have been - Asha Devi, Wife of Late Ram Prakash Chaudhary, Resident of Village-Jadhua Barai Tola, P.S.- Industrial Area Hajipur, Distt.- Vaishali.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30471 of 2022(3) dt.16-06-2022 2/2 Learned counsel submits that on account of such inadvertence in the bail application, the petitioner despite being enlarged on bail till date is in custody.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the cause title of the impugned order dated 24.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 1905 of 2022 be read as 'Asha Devi, Wife of Late Ram Prakash Chaudhary, Resident of Village-Jadhua Barai Tola, P.S.- Industrial Area Hajipur, Distt.- Vaishali' instead of 'Asha Devi, Wife of Late Ram Prakash Chaudhary, Resident of Village-Panapur Dharampur, P.S.- Bidupur, District-Vaishali'.
