Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.214 of 2016, registered under Sections 342, 448, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a Junior Engineer, Electric Supply Sub-Station, Karwandiya, alleged that Amit Kumar, Amitabh Kumar and Naushad Alam, the petitioners, entered into the office premises and pressurized to withdraw the case lodged on 11.02.2016. They are also alleged to have abused the employees.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29396 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Junior Engineer himself took statements of the employees and wrote letter to the S.H.O. that the petitioners had not locked the door of the office from outside but some unknown persons have locked the office.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.214 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
