The petitioner is in custody in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.03.2019. He further submits that on account of scuffle between petitioner and informant in which both sides have sustained injury.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29218 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017.
