=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 14.11.2003 by which the Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, has acquitted the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 in Sessions Trial No. 49 of 2001. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I am unable to find any perversity in the same.

However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation, the revision is dismissed.
