Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2021. The allegation against him is of stealing a motorcycle. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that confessional statement of coaccused Ajay Yadav is the only material against the petitioner to implicate him.
