ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 31.07.2003 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnia in Criminal Appeal No. 58 of 2003, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 06.05.2003 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Purnia in S.Tr. No. 514 of 2002, by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 365, 392 and 370 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for five years.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction, I do not find any perversity in the same and, hence, decline to interfere in the matter.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.752 of 2003 dt.29-06-2015 However, in view of the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
