Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017. Allegation is that he ravished to the informant, a minor girl. Submission is that in the past prayer for bail to the petitioner was refused on 06.11.2018 when the case was running for prosecution evidence. The case is still running for prosecution evidence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the period already undergone by the

No.30761 of 2020(5) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.175 of 2017 (Spl.175 of 2017) arising out of Dulhin Bazar Police Station Case No.170 of 2017 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
