2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to execute the order dated 19.09.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Farbishganj, District-Araria, which is arising out from the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.1393 of 2015(3) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 dated 18.04.2000 passed in Case No. 091M/97 and confirmed in the Cr. Rev. No. 245 of 2000 dated 09.04.2013.

3. Considering the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh representation before the Collector cum District Magistrate, Araria (Respondent No. 2) with all the necessary documents in support of the case.

4. Needless to state that if such representation is filed within a period of six weeks from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same by way of a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.
