JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 364 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and against other accused persons police have already submitted charge-sheet inter alia under Section 302 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55673 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
