2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to the respondent authorities to demolish the illegal constructions over the Government land situated at Bhadauri Gram Ward No.12 Hanuman Nagar, Nawada in respect of the incomplete construction of the Pucca drainage and

Patna High Court CWJC No.5016 of 2016(5) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 the road from the front side of the houses of Sri Vinod Saw and Sri Prit Manjhi, which as per the petitioners have been left deserted by the concerned contractor.

3. Manifestly, from the relief sought for in the present writ application the aggrieved parties are Sri Vinod Saw and Sri Prit Manjhi, but none of them have approached this Court for any relief. Nowhere in the present writ application any averment has been made as to how the petitioners are aggrieved. Neither Sri Vinod Saw and Sri Prit Manjhi have authorized the petitioners to file this writ application.

4. In such view of the matter the present writ application is completely misconceived, not maintainable and, therefore, dismissed. All pending I.As, if any shall be deemed to have been disposed of.
