=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 3.7.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 1-cum-Fast Track Court No.1, Muzaffarpur in Criminal Appeal No.72 of 1995, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 31.8.1995 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur, by which he has sentenced the Petitioner to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year under Section 394 I.P.C.
Having gone through the successive impugned judgments, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner during trial. With the aforesaid modification in sentence the application stands dismissed.
