The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018.

As per the allegation the petitioner managed some other person to appear in the written examination held for appointment for the post of Constable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implication in this case. Other co-accused persons namely, Raj Kishore Pd.,

No.36954 of 2019(7) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 Nishant Kumar, Santosh Kr. @ Santosh Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Rishi Raj @ Rishu Raj, Rakesh Kr. and Kalendra Kr. @ Kalendra Kumar have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 21958 of 2019 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.21958 of 2019 has granted anticipatory bail to those petitioners, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his petitioner arrest or surrender before court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh No. 3, Sub-Judge-XIV-cum-ACJM, Patna in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
