ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 04.06.2003 passed by the Presiding Officer, F.T.C.-I, Bhabhua in S.Tr. No. 306 of 1996/24 of 2001.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of acquittal, I do not find any merit in the Revision Application. The same is dismissed.
