JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 01.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15431/ 2021.

The trial court report reveals that out of eight charge sheet witnesses five have been examined but none of the witnesses, including the informant, have supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and the deposition of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
